How it works

Matt Connect simplifies the connection between shops with breakdowns and trusted technicians. Here is the journey, both for managers and technicians.

You are a manager

Report your breakdown

Choose the specialty (electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, multi-trade), describe the problem, indicate urgency, and add photos and videos of the equipment.

Receive a response

Verified and available technicians nearby receive your request. The first one to accept becomes your contact.

Pay for the visit

The first visit is at a fixed price, paid online securely, with an automatic invoice. If heavier repair work is needed, the technician provides a quote.

Rate the technician

After the repair, leave a review. You help the community identify the best professionals.

Create and validate your profile

Enter your specialties, coverage area, and experience. Our team validates your profile before adding you to the network.

Receive nearby requests

As soon as a manager reports a breakdown in your area and specialty, you are notified by email and in the app.

Carry out the repair

Accept the request, carry out the repair, and update the status. If repair is not possible on-site, submit a quote directly in the app.

Get paid

Payments go through the platform. Matt Connect takes a 10% commission on each job.
